Curtis Sanford Reis
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Curtis S. Reis has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance
Bancshares California and its principal subsidiary, Alliance Bank, since
2001. From 1986, when he joined the Bank, Mr. Reis was
the Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been
a commercial banker for more than 45 years. Before starting Alliance Bank, Mr.
Reis’ banking career spanned 24 years in senior executive positions with Bankers
Trust Company in New York and Crocker Bank in Los Angeles. Mr. Reis has been
a leader in the California Bankers’ Association,
as a board member and member of its executive committee, director and past
chair, as well as former chair of its State Government Relations Committee.
He has also served as chair of the Domestic Lending Council of the bank industry
trade group, Risk Management Association. Outside the world of banking, Mr.
Reis is a Lifetime Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University, serves on the Cornell University
Council, the College of Arts and Sciences Council, and on the Board of the Cornell Club of Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Reis was director of
the Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, CA. Mr. Reis is a graduate
of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, has done extensive
post-graduate work at New York University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics

Robert H. Bothner
Vice Chairman
Mr. Bothner has been deeply involved in the securities industry for 32 years. He retired in 1988 as board chair of Sutro & Co., Inc., a securities dealer and investment banking firm. Mr. Bothner is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara.
Michael L. Abrams
Vice Chairman
Mr. Abrams has been a civil litigation attorney since 1971. Since March 1990, he has conducted his practice as the Law Offices of Michael L. Abrams and as the law firm of Abrams & Burman. Mr. Abrams is a graduate of the University of Rochester and has a law degree from the University of Buffalo.
Lyn S. Caron
Director & Executive Vice President
Ms. Caron has served Alliance Bank since 1980 in various executive capacities. In 1999 she was named Executive Vice President of Alliance Bank. Willie D. Davis
Director
Since 1977 Mr. Davis has been President of All Pro Broadcasting, Inc., owner-operator of four radio stations in California and Wisconsin. Mr. Davis has served on several publicly held corporate boards including Sara Lee Corporation, Dow Chemical Co., MGM Mirage Inc., Wisconsin Energy, Johnson Controls, Strong Fund, Checker’s, Inc., Bassett Furniture and MGM/Manpower, Inc. Mr. Davis is also a trustee of the University of Chicago and Marquette University.
Daniel T. Jackson
Director, President and Chief Operating Officer
A 25-year veteran of the banking industry, Mr. Jackson joined Alliance Bank
as manager of the real estate division in 1997. He was appointed President
and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Bank in November 2005. Mr. Jackson
is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the Bank. He served as Chief
Credit Officer for eight years and is a member of the executive committee.
Before joining Alliance Bank, Mr. Jackson headed the real estate division of
Cerritos Valley Bank and was a banker in Bank of America's (and its acquired
Security Pacific National Bank) real estate lending, correspondent banking and
government services groups. Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree
in business from Indiana University and an MBA in finance from the University
of Southern California. He serves on the California Bankers' Association State
Government Relations Committee and on the South Coast Repertory Theatre's Corporate

D. Gregory Scott
Director
Mr. Scott has been a private investor since 1998 in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate. Prior to that, Mr. Scott served for 12 years as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Shapell & Webb, a real estate investment and management company. He was an auditor at Arthur Young & Co. and later, became a partner in the firm of Mann & Pollack, CPAs. Mr. Scott is a member of the advisory board of Franklin Templeton Company’s Fiduciary Trust Company and a board member of Shapell Industries. He serves on the Executive Board of United Way, and on the finance committees of South Bay YMCA and the Westwood United Methodist Church.
Andrew A. Talley
Director
Mr. Talley has been President of Talley & Company, Certified Public Accountants in Orange, California, since 1989. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also a member of the California Bar. Mr. Talley graduated from California State University at Long Beach and has a law degree from the University of the Pacific.
Robert H. Thompson
Director
Mr. Thompson owns The Hal Thompson Company, a commercial and industrial real estate brokerage firm in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.
Daniel L. Erickson
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Erickson’s principal responsibilities include management of all accounting, treasury, SEC reporting, asset/liability, bank operations, taxation, data processing, human resources, facilities and purchasing activities. He chairs the Bank’s ALCO Committee and its Operations Steering Committee. He serves on the Bank’s Office of the Chairman and Management Committees. Before joining Alliance Bank, Mr. Erickson served similar roles at Pacific Mercantile Bank, Republic Bank and Marathon National Bank. Mr. Erickson has over thirty-five years of banking and public accounting experience. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Colorado. Mr. Erickson is a founding member of the Tustin Public School Foundation.

Jeffrey D. Hamilton
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Hamilton has an extraordinarily broad banking background that includes credit administration, loan portfolio management, underwriting, credit extension and business development. He has served a number of prominent California banks in senior executive capacities. As the Bank’s Chief Credit officer, he is responsible for all aspects of lending activity including development, implementation and administration, credit policies and procedures, loan processing and credit underwriting. Mr. Hamilton is a California Real Estate Broker, a member of the Appraisal Institute, past director and past president of the Santa Ana Economic Development Company and a past advisory board member of US SBA Region 9. He graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the Pacific Coast Banking School, Commercial Division.
